Hello this is the last post for the english class.

For my this was a very good activity, funny and usefull, this has been a interesting method of learning. I learn to give expression to my ideas in this languages, the language of the present and a of the most important tools for a actual or future professional, especially for a political scienstist, for comunicated in this global language, and know information more close and not translate for other persons, owing to the fact that corrupt the information whit the opinion of the translator. Owing this I think that learning english (or chinese) is very important for tranformated in a professional of excellence that can manage with professionals all over the word. My ideal job

My ideal would be do political analysis in some Institute dedicated to its, or in international organism. The needs skills to this job are a systemic vision that enable watch all the factors and analyses than affect this to the studied system. Other important skill knows the organization culture of the political actors for understand and predict his actions. The qualities needs for this job are principally have a sharp vision for possibility have a systemic vision as aforementioned before. A good capacity of communication too is necessary so for decode the information of political actors and communicated about the information analysis.

This is a great job because permit watch political and criticized the performance of the political actors, this is fantastic for me because I´m a Marxist, but a methodology Marxist, this is based in a constant criticize to the system for create conscience about the real problems of the society, (the Marxism of Marx and his criticize is much rich that the Marxism´s of Marx and Engels in the Communist Manifest, and very much rich that the Soviet Marxism. This point out to the weakness of the system, it’s always stay, in difference form but ever been, and the objective is detected and denounce for could advance in its solution.
The difficult for find this job is that is don´t much common, and is difficult access to this.

The Criticize made a person

This person was criticize in the majority of his post, and this is very important in a citizen and especial in a university student, because the progress of our society depend of this, depend of the active citizens that criticize the system for find the problems of its and think the solutions for its problems.

In this post he discuss about the problems in the Chilean society and its political system, and coincide whit me in indentify as a reason of this problem to the apathy of the civil society, too he discuss that the reason for this apathy are the policies that impulse the government, due to that this aim to the “clientelismo”, or in his word policies that aim “to practice a "self-made" “. In other dot that I share with he, is the need of a Welfare State (“benefactor state”), that advance in the “social protection”.
For Finish the blog “Marcos in the sky whit diamonds” of Marco Benjamin Bravo Banda, is a very clever blog, whit good appearance, and interesting post, from criticizes post as “Help I need somebody” to a emotional post as “I don`t know anyone more than myself”.

Real Participation of the People

The most important change in the Chilean politic is a real participation of the people, since 1989 the people is in silence, and not done anything, the politicians don’t worry for the real problems of the society, not for the binominal system or the Constitution of the Dictatorship, but for the people don’t pressure at the politic system for real changes. The change in the binominal system, is principally a excuse for that other politics sectors get in the formal politic, but this isn’t necessary the best response, because isn’t reliable that this policy to put and end the politicians apathy. The change of the constitution, need a real demand for the great majority of the people, otherwise this change will not take place.

For that any political system have a good operation, need a frequent disturbance of the social system (General system theory – Social system), otherwise the political system have apathy toward the Social System, and its problems.

Therefore, the real change in the Political System, need a society attentive, responsible and participative, that demand policy through of the active participation, and not only through the votes

This is something that the persons pass for unnoticed, thinking that they can stay alone, and don’t need to the others persons. Even through, always need others, not only when we need help, but in the day to day.

Google, the doors to internet

Google, is my favourite search site, why is a confinable and simple. But principally why this site is a window to the information word, I can search all the information that need. As well I can search site to download games and music. For this reasons Google is my favourite site, although that by himself, not is nothing, but who a search is a important tool. I really don’t remember the first time when I use this site, but got since some years ago. Now I occupy this frequently, when I need search some information, for example in my Paper about the genetics engineering, I find a paper writhing for the Chilean Doctor Roberto Mancini Rueda, who was the representative of the Latino America and the Caribe in the declaration of the UNESCO over the genetics engineering. "Vamos por ancho camino", by Victor Jara

"Vamos por Ancho camino", is a song writhing by the great Chilean singer-songwriter Victor Jara, and Celso Garrido Lecca, a important Peruvian singer-songwriter, during the goverment of the President Salvador Allende G., in the age 1971.
The first time that I heard this song was, in the year 2007, when I download songs of Victor Jara.
This song is very special for my, because speech over, a new road for change the society from the people, through of the unity, and the work for change the destiny, for the pacific and democratic via, a via guide for the peace, the family, the reason, and not for the heat, and the intolerance. Besides this is a song of the Victor Jara, the man of the brave guitar, which voice never will put out, because "song that was valient, always will a new song". Victor Jara is a very important coneccion whith the chilean history and a episode, when the Left, really was a important political force, where even through of the error commited, was a try for explain a Democratic Revolution. And this song was a example, that this was a pacific and democratic revolution, and not a Soviet tyranny.

The power of the Computer

The computer is a technology that opens many possibilities, that before was unsuspected for a normal person or even to a big organization. The computers make possible development and updating of databases, and this information can update to internet, enable that any person by means a computer can accede to his information, and incorporate new information, too enable many possibilities of immediate communication, by means mail, chat and IP Telephony. Other application of the computer is that can use in the education and for entertainment

My first computer I acquired approximated to twelve years old, but now I have other computer. I use the computer sometimes for week, for work and entertainment.

Probably, if I have not a computer accede to information, communicate, and entertainment will very difficult for that I think of the computer is the important technology why enable make the impossible possible for all persons, that have a computer.

Public Management, working for the society

The public management, is a career who working for the welfare of the society, from of the State. Because I consider who this career is very important, and necessary for reach a society, more equality, and fair. For that I study this career, for is a tool for reach my political ideals, and working for a best future for my country and my people.
The public management, need utilizing all the technology that will is available, for reach a best function, get better the oversight his function like de function of the market. From this form the State can increase the rely, of the society in his function. These technologies will are main software that allow management the information of a best form.
My favorite subject is theory general of systems, due this subject, give general glimpses, that can utilize in others subjects, and explain diverse event, and analyzing the organization of different field and understand interconnection, between the all systems.

This picture was taken in the Chungara Lake, locate in the National Park Lauca, in the XV Region Arica and Parinacota region, in this summer during my holidays, with my family. The Chungara Lake is to 4570 msnm. In background can see the snowcapped Pachayatas, the twins volcano, Parinacota and Pomerape. This picture was taken for a tourist guide, that to go with, because is very important, travel with someone who know the route, why is very difficul driving in the altiplano due to the Puna

This picture like me, because this holidays was fantastic, and besides, this picture show, the power of the nature, with this stormy sky tipical of Altiplanic winter. And too show, the splendid water`s of the Chungara Lake. Is very amazing. Near of the lake is located the Parinacota hamlet, with only twenty nine resident, but with a beutiful and old church buildinig in the century XVII. In this church stay, the legendary flying table of Parinacota.
